Dr. Hubert Holland Hubert Holland studied law in Heidelberg, Montpellier/France („Licence en droit“) and Munich. Doctoral thesis about the law of inland navigation in France at the University of Mannheim under the supervision of Professor Egon Lorenz, Doyen of the insurance law in Germany.

Lawyer since 2000 and member of several professional associations Hubert Holland wrote a multitude of papers for the most important German journals for transport and insurance law. He is Co-author of the standard commentary on inland navigation law (5th edition).
Jürgen Stubbe Jürgen Stubbe studied law in Heidelberg. By which time sailing the seas for several shipping companies.

Until 2003 he worked with one of the most important German maritime hull and liability insurers. Since he specialized as lawyer in this practise area.
